Ballance Hoops Return & Exchange Policy

At Ballance Hoops, we stand by the quality of our basketball and mental health-inspired apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (free from stains, odors, and damage).
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply return your item, and we’ll send out the replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Email support@ballancehoops.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label (for U.S. orders).
  3. Ship your item back to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
